On Site News
  Welsh Assembly Government Building, Llandudno for Pochin Construction Ltd.
C&C Baseline are providing a complete architectural metalwork and glazing package, from the main feature staircase with structural glass balustrade to secondary steelwork throughout the project. As works have progressed we have now been contracted to design, manufacture and install the Bus, bicycle and motorcycle shelters.

 Abode Hotel – HQ Chester for Pochin Construction Ltd.
C&C Baseline are providing and installing the balustrade to main staircase with a brushed finish stainless and 10mm toughened glass, along with stainless steel and hardwood combination wall rails and handrails. A laser profile cut logo sign will also be manufactured and installed.

 Burnage Media Arts College –
Manchester for Balfour Beatty Construction Northern Ltd.
C&C Baseline will commence on site this month on our first project for BBCL. We will design, manufacture and install stainless steel balustrade with glass infill panels, galvanized roof access/companion ladder with half landing and tubular handrails, external handrails.

New Projects
C & C Baseline Ltd has been awarded a number of contracts this month for Principal contractor: -
Bolton School for Girls, Bolton. We will manufacture and install both mild steel and stainless steel wall fixed handrails, brushed stainless steel balustrade complete with 10mm toughened glass infill panels.

32 Apartment Development, Suffolk House, Chester. Detail, manufacture and install steelwork to form balconies. Install balustrade to balconies, consisting of galvanized flat support legs, 10mm obscure etched toughened glass infill panels, tubular stainless steel top rail. Provide and install timber pressure treated decking to balcony structures.
PFI, Highbury Hospital Nottingham. Detail, manufacture and install tubular stainless steel balustrades complete with 10mm clear toughened glass infill panels.

Completed Projects
C & C Baseline Ltd has recently completed the following contracts for Principal contractor:-
 HQ, Chester. This prestigious mix use development consists of residential apartments, hotel, office, shops and restaurants overlooking the historic Chester Racecourse. C & C Baseline Ltd were responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of the stainless steel and
 glass balustrade, privacy screens were necessary, to external balconies and terrace areas. We manufactured and installed the stainless steel balustrade with toughened glass infill panels to internal stair areas. Detailed, manufactured and installed a 2mm thick faceted aluminium capping for top of parapet walls and balustrade to external areas. (click here to view)

We are pleased to have been involved with the construction. C&C manufactured and installed balconies with structural glass panels, 19mm clear toughened and laminated glass balustrade to stairs and landing areas.
