C&C Baseline were employed to design, manufacture and install over one mile of balcony and Juliet balustrading at this modern five-storey apartment block
The site was designed by DAC architects and the development was subsidised by Salford City Council, which was keen to see development of this former care home site and provide more affordable accommodation in the city.
We created and fitted stainless steel and galvanised finishes with toughened glass infill panels, which formed a distinct and wavy front with curved glass panels on some of the elevations.
